This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Overseeing and executing critical tasks to guarantee the smooth and efficient functioning of the business.
• Managing essential stages of the lettings process, including property listings, viewings, contract execution, and move-out inspections, while ensuring adherence to legal standards.
• Performing routine activities to ensure compliance with regulations and uphold property quality standards.
• Analyzing rent arrears, recommending appropriate actions, and executing approved measures.
• Handling debt recovery after the conclusion of tenancies.
• Assisting in the development of AI tools to enhance process efficiency.
• Collaborating with stakeholders as necessary (e.g., maintenance team and Local Authority) to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
• Managing tenant relationships, addressing issues, and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Ensuring that council tax and utility obligations are fulfilled.
• Overseeing and tracking mortgage applications.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Lettings/Property Manager.
• Demonstrated success in a Property Management role.
• Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Arthuronline) and standard office applications such as Microsoft Office, along with knowledge of new and emerging AI tools.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with a diverse range of individuals, from tenants to contractors and Local Authority representatives.
• The capability to efficiently manage multiple properties, tasks, and deadlines is crucial for success in this fast-paced role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address unforeseen challenges and mediate conflicts between parties.
• Understanding of basic financial principles, marketing tactics, and the local real estate market to optimize profitability.
• A university-level qualification in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency and experience in using Arthuronline.
