International Case Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee a portfolio of personal injury cases from initial intake to final resolution.

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and updates throughout the duration of the case.

• Organize and track medical treatments, requests for records, and billing documentation.

• Collaborate closely with attorneys to assist with case strategy, preparation, and advancement.

• Compose and review correspondence, case summaries, and other legal documentation.

• Interact with insurance companies, medical providers, and other third parties in a professional and timely manner.

• Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and case milestones to ensure prompt progression of all matters.

• Keep organized and current case files within the firm’s case management system.

• Aid in settlement preparations, including collecting supporting documents and addressing outstanding balances as necessary.

• Provide administrative support as needed to facilitate a seamless case workflow.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside outside of the United States (international applicants only).

• Prior experience as a case manager, legal assistant, or in a personal injury law firm is essential.

• Strong comprehension of personal injury case management and processes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in speaking and understanding Spanish is required.

• Highly organized with keen attention to detail.

• Capability to handle multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and case management software (experience with legal software is an advantage).

• Must have a reliable internet connection and the ability to work remotely full-time.
