This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Provide professional assistance to up to 10 Acura practices regarding all organizational and administrative issues.
• Serve as the main contact for practice staff, especially on-site practice managers, addressing everyday practice management inquiries and supporting daily operations (management, organization, assistance, personnel, etc.).
• Engage in direct communication with medical directors and local practice managers concerning routine and strategic matters.
• Drive the continuous strategic development of the practices by formulating action recommendations and executing implementation plans in collaboration with Acura executive management and medical directors.
• Act as the organizational link between Acura executive management and the practices, focusing on practice and team organization.
• Facilitate internal collaboration with other company departments (finance, IT, etc.).
• Several years of experience in practice management, whether as a practice manager, ZMV (dental administrative assistant), or ZFA (dental assistant), ideally with leadership experience.
• Successfully completed relevant vocational training in dentistry, such as dental assistant (ZFA), dental administrative assistant (ZMV), healthcare management clerk/administrator, or a comparable qualification.
• Proficient in commonly used MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Basic understanding of common practice management systems (Z1, DS-Win, Charly).
• Demonstrated pragmatism, proactivity, and flexibility.
• Quick to understand and eager to adapt to new responsibilities.
• Possess a friendly, confident, and assertive demeanor.
• Willingness to travel and be adaptable on short notice, coupled with strong organizational skills.
