Workflow Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Implement the indirect digital workflow in dental practices and clinics to enhance the market presence of CEREC Consumables in the Netherlands.

• Support customers as they transition to digital operations using EDS Consumables.

• Assist customers in determining the best option between indirect and direct restorations.

• Provide training to universities, clinics, dental practices, and retail partners on the indirect workflow utilizing CEREC Consumables.

• Design and deliver training programs and course content.

• Conduct internal sales and technical EDS training sessions for the sales team.

• Visit universities to promote EDS and CEREC Consumables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive knowledge of EDS, CEREC Consumables, and digital workflows.

• Completed vocational training as a dental assistant or dental technician (f/m/d) or a background in business administration.

• Significant professional experience in sales and acquiring new customers (experience in the dental and healthcare sectors is advantageous).

• Confident and competent demeanor, paired with high self-motivation, persistence, and a strong sense of customer relations.

• Goal-oriented, creative, and assertive personality.

• Self-assured and customer-centric demeanor.

• Strong communication abilities and a passion for engaging with people.

• Results-driven and independent working style.

• Capability to present complex topics in a concise and clear manner.

• Empathetic understanding of intricate customer needs and the ability to propose suitable solutions.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with good English proficiency (knowledge of German is a plus).

• Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory.
