Junior Onboarding & Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Assist Implementation Managers with customer onboarding and implementation initiatives.

• Facilitate project coordination, follow-ups, and the tracking and completion of implementation tasks.

• Aid in the preparation and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Support testing efforts and validate customer configurations or workflows.

• Create and update training materials, user guides, documentation, and support resources.

• Help prepare for customer training and, when necessary, assist during training sessions.

• Gather, organize, and follow up on customer inquiries or feedback.

• Collaborate with internal teams such as Implementation, Customer Success, Product, and Support.

• Provide support to customers during onboarding to ensure a seamless transition to product usage.

• Keep accurate records of implementation progress, outstanding items, and customer readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in customer onboarding, implementation support, customer success, software support, training coordination, or a comparable customer-facing position.

• Proficient in working with SaaS, enterprise software, digital platforms, or critical business systems.

• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Capability to manage follow-ups, documentation, and multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong understanding of customer-facing communication and stakeholder engagement.

• Quick learner of new software products and workflows.

• Comfortable supporting UAT, testing, documentation, and training facilitation.

• Proficient in English communication skills.

• Multilingual abilities, especially in Spanish, French, Italian, German, Mandarin Chinese, or Russian.

• Ability to work effectively with international teams and enterprise clients.
