This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Receive and evaluate new cases, verifying all information and requests.
• Create case files by inputting information into the Dane Street system, AccessDS.
• Collaborate with clients to obtain any missing information necessary for claim processing.
• Assign and schedule new cases to physicians for evaluation in accordance with established guidelines.
• Confirm that the assigned physician has no conflicts of interest.
• Oversee, process, and track cases to ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their cases.
• Ensure that appropriate documentation for designated cases is supplied to the client.
• An Associate’s Degree is preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance environment is preferred.
• Possess exceptional communication skills with a solid understanding of company business lines.
• Demonstrate critical thinking abilities, effective time management, and the capacity to meet specific deadlines.
• Proficiency in computer usage and typing skills is essential.
