This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Supervise the tasks carried out by Clinical DRG auditors to guarantee precision.
β’ Perform quality assessments of both random and targeted clinical DRG audits.
β’ Provide mentorship to Clinical DRG auditors.
β’ Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and performance.
β’ Engage in communication with colleagues and management.
β’ Deliver root cause analysis regarding errors.
β’ Execute all job responsibilities in accordance with company policies.
β’ Valid Registered Nurse license.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in clinical validation audits.
β’ Exceptional auditing and monitoring capabilities.
β’ Capacity to mentor and provide instruction.
β’ Strong decision-making abilities and sound judgment.
β’ Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology and human physiology.
β’ Robust technical knowledge and quick adaptability to new systems.
β’ Outstanding oral, presentation, and written communication skills.
β’ Capability to complete tasks efficiently and resolve issues within established timelines.
β’ Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
β’ Ability to collaborate in a team setting as well as work independently when necessary.
β’ Proven flexibility and adaptability.
β’ Must be able to adhere to deadlines and utilize independent decision-making skills across various situations.
