📋 Description

• Supervise the tasks carried out by Clinical DRG auditors to guarantee precision.

• Perform quality assessments of both random and targeted clinical DRG audits.

• Provide mentorship to Clinical DRG auditors.

• Suggest process improvements to enhance quality and performance.

• Engage in communication with colleagues and management.

• Deliver root cause analysis regarding errors.

• Execute all job responsibilities in accordance with company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse license.

• At least 5 years of experience in clinical validation audits.

• Exceptional auditing and monitoring capabilities.

• Capacity to mentor and provide instruction.

• Strong decision-making abilities and sound judgment.

• Comprehensive understanding of medical terminology and human physiology.

• Robust technical knowledge and quick adaptability to new systems.

• Outstanding oral, presentation, and written communication skills.

• Capability to complete tasks efficiently and resolve issues within established timelines.

• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.

• Ability to collaborate in a team setting as well as work independently when necessary.

• Proven flexibility and adaptability.

• Must be able to adhere to deadlines and utilize independent decision-making skills across various situations.
