This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Deliver break/fix support for printers, MFPs, laptops, desktops, and related hardware.
β’ Accurately and efficiently diagnose and repair devices down to the board level.
β’ Provide Level 1 desk side support for Windows-based systems.
β’ Conduct hands-and-feet network support, addressing connectivity issues, replacing equipment, and assisting remote teams with escalations.
β’ Keep precise records of completed work, parts utilized, and updates in service systems.
β’ Maintain exceptional customer service and communication at all times.
β’ Travel to various customer sites throughout the UK as necessary.
β’ Valid UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 penalty points.
β’ Legal authorization to work in the UK.
β’ No restrictions that would prevent obtaining UK Security Clearance (SC).
β’ Willingness to work flexible start and finish times based on business requirements.
β’ Proven track record as a printer and MFP engineer, capable of repairs at the board level.
β’ Demonstrated experience in repairing laptops and desktops to board level; vendor certifications are highly beneficial (e.g., Lenovo, HP, Dell).
β’ Practical experience providing Level 1 desk side support in Windows environments.
β’ Background in hands-and-feet network support, including switch replacements, patching, and hardware swaps.
β’ Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.
β’ Excellent communication skills and customer-facing abilities.
β’ Company vehicle and coverage for fuel expenses.
