This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and nurture robust, trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Act as a strategic consultant—actively providing insights, solutions, and innovations that align with client objectives.
• Take ownership of client satisfaction and retention results across assigned accounts.
• Proactively recognize risks, address concerns, and bolster long-term partnerships.
• Discover opportunities to enhance services, improve outcomes, and deliver added value within existing relationships.
• Collaborate across operations, QA, sales, and marketing to ensure smooth service delivery.
• High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience showcasing success in sales, business development, and client success.
• Background in healthcare revenue cycle, collections, or related fields is advantageous.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and compliance requirements is preferred.
• Highly developed business acumen along with strong executive-level presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary (less than 30%).
