This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon, +1 more state.
β’ Accountable for driving profitable growth and enhancing market share within the designated geographic region.
β’ Responsible for the implementation of the market's growth strategies and for the successful development of Territory Sales Managers.
β’ Ensure Territory Sales Managers maintain accurate documentation in CRM software.
β’ Work collaboratively with TSMs to support agency-specific strategic business plans.
β’ Engage with "Key accounts" to collect market intelligence and advocate for National General products.
β’ Direct sales execution and oversee frontline Territory Sales Managers.
β’ Achieve the business unit's annual execution plan focused on growth, profitability, and agency involvement.
β’ Over 10 years of experience (Preferred)
β’ Bachelor's Degree (4-year) (Preferred)
β’ Coaching skills
β’ People Management expertise
β’ Proven track record in Profitable Growth
β’ Sales Management capabilities
β’ Experience in Strategic Collaborations
