Workers Compensation Claims Supervisor – Midwest Region

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Provide the team with consistent, high-quality feedback to foster accountability.

• Ensure weekly metrics are consistently met or exceeded.

• Strive for monthly QSR scores of 90% or higher for the team.

• Organize monthly team meetings to align on objectives.

• Maintain an average customer service survey score of 1.30 or below.

• Serve as a mentor for adjusters.

• Significant experience in the Midwest region.

• Strong track record of achieving results.

• A minimum of 1-5 years of experience in claims supervision.
