Clinical Application Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Setting up, configuring, networking devices, and providing training to end-users.

• Engaging with end-users to clarify training and installation expectations.

• Conducting or coordinating follow-up training sessions.

• Collaborating closely with Topcon and customer IT departments.

• Keeping abreast of the latest advancements in clinical applications.

• Assisting with sales efforts by conducting product demonstrations.

• Participating in trade show events.

• Providing support to Technical Support and Field Service Technicians.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree in health science.

• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.

• 3-5 years of clinical experience within an ophthalmic setting.

• Practical experience with configurations, installations, and networking.

• Certifications such as COT, COMT, COMP, CCOA, RO, and IJCAHPO are advantageous.
