Property Inspector – Single Family Homes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform evaluations of both occupied and vacant properties, including Renewal, Annual, Semi-Annual, Move-In, Move-Out, Onboarding, and Smoke Detector inspections.

• Conduct walk-throughs at vacant properties, carry out occupancy checks, and provide feedback on showings.

• Resolve on-site issues such as violations, break-ins, and maintenance problems.

• Collaborate with your team, conduct weekly audits, and participate in team meetings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, inspection, construction, or maintenance is preferred.

• Exceptional organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to work independently.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities when interacting with residents and team members.

• Proficient with technology, including smartphones, computers, and software systems.

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• Ability to stand or sit for extended periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs.

• A reliable home internet connection to operate company-provided equipment.
