This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Drive growth and retention by managing relationships with brokers and carriers.
• Provide service to an existing portfolio of clients.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities.
• Mentor team members to enhance their skills.
• Ensure compliance and confidentiality while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Cultivate relationships with agents and brokers.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistently.
• Seek opportunities to access and nurture new markets.
• Effectively manage relationships with carriers.
• Offer guidance and training to Assistant Brokers.
• Review and analyze risks, ensuring all necessary information is collected.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and corporate policies and procedures.
• Attend training sessions and courses to keep skills current.
• Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Perform other duties as required.
• 2 – 5 years of experience in Commercial Multi-Line Insurance Sales with a focus on production.
• Experience in a paperless work environment is preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
