This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Côte d'Ivoire.
• Oversee the implementation of digital worker voice initiatives in French-speaking African countries.
• Direct training and provide technical assistance for supplier platforms.
• Handle grievance cases while coordinating with suppliers and brands.
• Offer investigative and remediation support as requested by brands.
• Create and refresh onboarding materials for suppliers and workers.
• Maintain consistent communication with supplier management from the program launch to status updates.
• Collaborate with the Director of Client Services, Senior Managers, and the Deployment Team.
• Collect feedback from clients and suppliers to guide platform enhancements.
• Interact with workers, suppliers, and brands to encourage participation and achieve favorable results.
• Reside in Africa, specifically in one of the designated eligible countries.
• Background in social compliance or labor rights.
• Familiarity and experience with supply chains, corporate sourcing, ethical procurement, grievance mechanisms, social impact, sustainability, international development, social impact technology, and/or business and human rights.
• Over 5 years of experience in the global supply chain sector, focusing on social or labor impact projects.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and French.
• Highly organized, diligent, and responsible.
• Experience in customer/client service and project delivery.
• Willingness and capacity for occasional national travel.
• Understanding of labor, human, and community rights issues in global supply chains.
• Knowledge and experience in community relations and corporate social responsibility programs.
• Proficient in adopting new technologies and training others in their use.
• Self-driven, adaptable to ambiguity and change, with the ability to take charge of projects.
• Commitment to equality and safe working environments.
• Familiarity with auditing standards and international certification standards such as BSCI, ETI, and SA8000, as well as grievance mechanisms, industry associations, and sustainability entities like SEDEX is advantageous.
• Work remotely.

• Occasional national travel may be necessary.
