Workday Time & Absence Consultant, German Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Become a practical subject matter expert in the Workday product suite, focusing on enhancing your expertise within the Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking functional areas.

• Collaborate closely with the client to understand their post-go-live requirements, and design, build, configure, and test the Workday solution.

• As a Functional Consultant, play a vital role in developing training for Junior Consultants.

• Actively engage in your area of expertise, serving as a reference point for sharing knowledge and information with colleagues, while collaborating to enhance internal capabilities, including training and mentoring new team members.

• Establish a strong rapport with Professional Service clients, guiding and assisting them in maximizing their Workday deployment experience.

• Develop solid and trustworthy relationships with other project team members, management, and external clients.

• Provide insights from your product and industry expertise by being innovative and staying well-informed about the HR and Financials business landscape.

• Understand and implement Workday and Strada methodologies.

• Contribute to Strada’s financial success by delivering exceptional service to our clients and managing your responsibilities across multiple clients simultaneously.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills – fluency in both English and German is a prerequisite for this position.

• Advanced analytical and functional abilities demonstrated through involvement in projects or a support environment.

• Certification in Workday Absence Management and/or Time Tracking, with prior experience in Workday deployment.

• Familiarity with the maintenance and enhancement of HR Systems (post-go-live).

• Consultancy experience in HR processes and/or participation in an HR Services team is preferred.

• Outstanding presentation and facilitation skills, with a clear ability to consult for and with your clients.

• Experience in confidently managing stakeholder relationships.

• Evidence of collaboration and contribution in previous work environments.

• Ideally, experience managing multiple concurrent work assignments.

• Ideally, experience playing a key role in virtual teams.

• Ability to act with integrity.

• Capable of self-managing with confidence, demonstrating high personal productivity and self-motivation.
