This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +1 more state.
• Act as the primary contact for inquiries related to Workday, including troubleshooting and support escalations.
• Configure and oversee the maintenance of Workday modules.
• Collaborate with the product team to assess, test, support, and facilitate Workday releases, including assisting in coordinating Organizational Change Management activities for software releases, fixes, and upgrades with technical teams and users for the product team.
• Identify and implement opportunities to optimize workflows, automate processes, and enhance system functionality to boost overall efficiency.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of programs, systems, and processes.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, best practices, and new Workday releases to suggest and implement enhancements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Workday certification is advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday system administration, configuration, and reporting.
• Proficient in various Workday modules, including HCM Core, FDM, FIN, and more.
• Familiarity with Workday security, integrations, business processes, and workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team, managing multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality in all aspects of work.
