Workday Support Consultant – Pay Transparency Analyzer

📋 Description

• Offer configuration, troubleshooting, and advisory assistance to customers post-deployment.

• Provide services within established SLAs while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Manage and prioritize incoming requests, identify underlying issues, and resolve problems effectively.

• Assist with recurring releases and deployments, guiding customers in the adoption of new features and updates.

• Engage in customer workshops and calls to gather and refine project requirements.

• Collaborate with internal delivery teams and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery.

• Develop documentation and knowledge articles for both internal training and customer self-service.

• Mentor and support junior consultants in their professional growth.

• Provide customer support coverage during UK business hours (08:00–20:00) through early and late shifts, typically including around four afternoon shifts per month.

• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and the ongoing enhancement of the Pay Transparency Analyzer solution.


⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in configuring or supporting HRIT systems.

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with the ability to present solutions, engage in workshops, and clearly explain functionalities to a non-technical audience.

• Strong proficiency in Excel, including lookups, pivot tables, and data quality techniques.

• Knowledge and experience in data analysis, manipulation, reporting, and formatting.

• Experience in data transformation and loading activities, including mapping, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation.

• Exceptional and empathetic communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

• Familiarity with service management principles, including issue tracking and escalation procedures.

• Workday certification in areas such as Prism, Reporting, HCM, Payroll, or Financials (preferred).

• Professional qualifications or certifications in project management, service management (e.g., ITIL), or consulting (preferred).
