Senior Solution Delivery Consultant – Post Implementation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas.

📋 Description

• Oversee complex system configurations and provide assistance during testing phases.

• Maintain effective configuration management and enforce change control procedures.

• Collect and document business requirements based on client specifications and existing system capabilities.

• Facilitate design discussions to identify interdependencies and the implications of design choices.

• Mentor, train, and provide guidance to Application Analysts and Consultants.

• Identify, address, and communicate solution status, risks, and issues to clients and Netsmart leadership.

• Evaluate data to assess configuration readiness.

• Build client relationships and manage conflicts and complicated relationship dynamics.

• Implement process improvement initiatives and enhance operational efficiencies.

• Identify and create documentation for best practices in methodology.

• Offer expert guidance, optimize systems, and provide strategic recommendations to established post-implementation clients.

• Convert data into actionable insights and support technical reporting requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in health care information technology implementation, including troubleshooting data and software applications.

• At least 1 year of experience in process improvement.

• At least 1 year of experience in project execution.

• Strong background in healthcare technology.

• Familiarity with EHR systems, especially myAvatar, is highly advantageous.

• Experience in clinical workflows, data analytics, and healthcare billing is considered a significant advantage.

• Excellent project and task management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and efficiently resolve problems.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time as necessary.

• Flexibility to work extended or irregular hours outside of standard office times when needed.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including a drug screening, is required.

• Preferred: programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, ASP.NET, C#, Visual Basic, and VB.NET.

• Preferred: familiarity with Netsmart EHR solutions and the client industries served by Netsmart.

• Preferred: reporting solutions experience with tools such as Crystal Reports, SSRS, SQL, Tableau, and SSIS.

• Preferred: a minimum of 2 years working with Netsmart EHR solutions, particularly myAvatar.

• Preferred: experience in maintaining or implementing billing systems.

• Preferred: knowledge of CPT/HCPCS coding, 837P/837I claims, clearinghouse workflows, remittance processing, denial management, accounts receivable, eligibility verification, Medicaid/Medicare billing, reimbursement models, and clinical documentation compliance.
