• Serve as the principal consultant on various client projects with minimal supervision.
• Lead, construct, validate, and implement data conversion strategies for third-party systems into Workday.
• Design, architect, develop, and deploy functional business processes, data conversion, and reporting solutions.
• Comprehend client business needs and offer guidance throughout the design, configuration, and prototyping phases, assisting clients with testing and transitioning to production.
• Act as the Build Master for tenant builds as needed during the Student implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in a timely manner.
• Support the Sales team with presentations, demonstrations, and Letters of Engagement (LOEs).
• Keep abreast of industry developments, Workday enhancements, and provide advice on Workday best practices.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and foster long-term relationships with clients.
• Develop and continuously refine best practices and processes for Workday Student data conversions and tenant builds.
• Workday Student Partner/Implementer Access certification is mandatory and must remain active throughout employment with ERPA.
• Preferred certification in Workday Partner/Implementer Access: Data Conversion.
• Over 5 years of consulting experience in leading, constructing, validating, and performing data conversion in Workday Student.
• More than 4 years of actively leading or participating in Workday Student tenant builds, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of data and object dependencies.
• At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting and navigating Workday Security.
• Consulting experience in end-to-end Workday Student implementations is essential.
• Previous experience in AMS/Post-Production Support is preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required, along with a proactive attitude and a thorough understanding of Workday processes, configurations, and best practices to make suitable implementation recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
