Senior Director – Head of Architecture

📋 Description

• Develop and implement a long-term technical roadmap for global products and AI platforms.

• Shape technical decisions throughout the organization.

• Manage the advancement of the cloud-native ecosystem.

• Ensure that the architecture is scalable, secure, and incorporates AI/ML functionalities.

• Lead a high-performing team of Architects.

• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams.

• Establish global standards to maintain architectural consistency.

• Oversee the architectural design of intricate AI systems.

• Promote customer-centric methodologies in technical strategies.

• Define security and compliance standards and governance.

• Mentor a multidisciplinary team while promoting engineering excellence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 15 years of experience in software engineering and architecture.

• A minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role managing Architecture teams.

• Extensive expertise in Cloud technologies, particularly AWS.

• Experience in developing AI Native products and technologies.

• Proven track record of securing buy-in for significant technical transformations.

• Experience in leading architectural digital transformations.

• Ability to assess technology trade-offs considering TCO and ROI.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
