Workday SCM Consulting Manager – Procurement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues, and interacting with business users.

• MUST possess Workday implementation experience in Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, and Contract Lifecycle Management.

• Preferred practical or implementation experience in Workday related to Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Contracts, Strategic Sourcing, or Contract Lifecycle Management.

• Certification in Workday Financials/Supply Chain or practical experience with the application is required.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.

• More than 3 years of experience managing project workstreams with minimal supervision.

• Ability to creatively solve complex problems with strong critical thinking skills.

• Strong analytical abilities combined with functional or technical expertise and hands-on experience with cloud-based enterprise solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capability to convey results and issues to both internal and client teams.

• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required to collaborate with clients or other internal project teams.
