This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct sourcing events (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) across various indirect and/or direct expenditure categories.
• Perform spend analysis to uncover cost-saving opportunities and strategies for consolidation.
• Assist in contract negotiations, renewals, and the onboarding process for suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and approval frameworks.
• Maintain and oversee supplier performance metrics (SLAs, KPIs).
• Facilitate issue resolution and escalation processes with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contract terms, renewal dates, and pricing structures.
• Collaborate with the Legal team to ensure contracts align with risk and compliance standards.
• Analyze procurement data to detect trends, identify savings opportunities, and assess risk exposures.
• Create dashboards and reports for leadership detailing cost savings, spending by category, and supplier performance.
• Keep accurate procurement records within ERP and procurement systems.
• Serve as a procurement business partner to internal departments across North America.
• Provide expertise on sourcing strategies, supplier selection, and cost optimization.
• Work alongside Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Support enhancements to procurement systems and digital transformation efforts.
• Contribute to the standardization of procurement practices throughout North America.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Strong analytical capabilities and financial modeling skills.
• Familiarity with procurement tools or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
• Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
• Preferred experience in utilizing AI (MS CoPilot preferred) to develop agents and automation for enhanced analytical efficiency and accuracy.
• Experience supporting operations across multiple sites or regions (North America).
• Exposure to various spending categories (e.g., IT, professional services, facilities, MRO).
• Knowledge of contract negotiation and vendor management practices.
• Certifications such as CPSM, CSCP, or CIPS (or currently pursuing).
