Workday SCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver daily post-production assistance for Workday Supply Chain Management (SCM)

• Diagnose and resolve system issues, encompassing procurement, inventory, supplier, and logistics workflows

• Oversee and prioritize support tickets, guaranteeing prompt resolution in accordance with SLAs

• Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to comprehend issues, suggest solutions, and execute system enhancements

• Conduct root cause analysis and proactively discover opportunities for system optimization

• Configure and sustain Workday business processes, reports, dashboards, and integrations pertinent to SCM and inventory

• Assist in inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts, par management, stock replenishment, and warehouse operations

• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulatory and operational standards

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Clinical Operations) to facilitate end-to-end supply chain operations

• Aid in Workday releases, involving testing, impact assessment, and the deployment of new features

• Maintain system documentation, knowledge base articles, and training resources

• Provide end-user support and training as required

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Workday Supply Chain Management, including Inventory and Procurement

• Practical experience in offering post-go-live / production support

• Comprehensive understanding of procurement, inventory control, and supplier management practices

• Experience collaborating with healthcare organizations (hospitals, health systems, or clinics)

• Expertise in Workday configuration, including business processes, reports, and security

• Familiarity with incident management tools and support ticketing systems

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

• Active Workday partner certification is preferred
