This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• The New Patient Consultant plays a crucial role in guiding new patients as they embark on their CCRM Fertility journey, helping them comprehend their options and ensuring a smooth transition into care.

• This position acts as a bridge between patients and healthcare providers, offering insights into the physicians and the CCRM patient experience while also registering patients in the electronic medical record system.

• Manage incoming calls with the primary aim of assisting patients in scheduling their new patient appointments.

• Provide potential patients with information about CCRM’s physicians, services, and achievements.

• Collect essential details from patients, such as referral sources, appointment reasons, demographic information for the patient and their spouse or partner, as well as insurance details for both parties.

• Utilize the EMR system to ensure that all patient information is entered promptly and remains current.

• Dispatch consent forms through DocuSign to the patient and their spouse or partner.

• Reach out to potential patients who have expressed interest by submitting their contact information via the CCRM website.

• Collaborate with physicians, clinical and front office staff, and other departments as necessary to resolve patient inquiries, concerns, and other situations.

• Maintain and monitor internal forms and spreadsheets as directed by the supervisor.

• Participate in all staff and in-service meetings.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School Diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year experience in a high-volume inbound call center is preferred.

• At least 1 year of experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
