This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts, +1 more state.
• Serve as the primary EPM contact: Act as the main point of contact for Financial and Operational Planning & Analytics, offering strategic and conceptual direction to customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders: Partner closely with C-level executives, finance, and non-finance stakeholders to translate business goals into Jedox solutions and facilitate organizational change processes.
• Create tailored EPM concepts: Design bespoke planning, reporting, and analytics frameworks that align with business requirements and industry best practices.
• Facilitate design & requirement workshops: Transform business needs into scalable, actionable solution designs by leading organized design and requirements workshops.
• Oversee end-to-end implementation: Ensure that driving solutions are successfully executed, delivering measurable business value and promoting sustainable customer adoption.
• Manage intricate project landscapes: Utilize modern project management tools to oversee complex, parallel project workstreams, addressing timelines, resources, risks, quality, and maintaining transparent documentation.
• Influence solution architecture: Contribute to the development of scalable Jedox solution architectures and impact product development through structured customer feedback and innovation insights.
• Mentor and coach consultants: Provide support to junior consultants and collaborate closely with the Go-To-Market teams, in alignment with the #OneTeam and customer success cultures.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in consulting, controlling, accounting, or an operational business department.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to confidently engage with C-suite stakeholders.
• Familiarity with software that supports collaborative FP&A or other EPM processes.
• Experience in project management or working within a Scrum team.
• Strong service orientation and a collaborative working approach.
• A collegial, approachable, and down-to-earth personality.
• Proficiency in English is essential.
