Workday PSA Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily operations of the Workday PSA solutions.

• Partner with cross-functional teams in operations and finance to collect requirements and convert them into effective Workday PSA configurations.

• Collaborate with Workday Financial and HCM architects to create and deliver a strategic roadmap that aligns with enterprise leadership.

• Regularly assess and refine Workday PSA processes and configurations to improve efficiency and enhance user experience.

• Stay informed about Workday PSA product updates and manage system regression testing.

• Lead Workday PSA-related projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.

• Facilitate training and change management initiatives to optimize the use of the Workday PSA system.

• Work with other enterprise applications to ensure smooth data integration in and out of Workday PSA.

• Maintain data integrity and accuracy within the Workday PSA module.

• Act as the subject matter expert for Workday PSA throughout the organization.

• Keep abreast of the latest Workday PSA features, improvements, and industry developments.

• Ensure adherence to best practices for Workday PSA.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Workday Pro Financials Certification.

• At least 5 years of experience in Workday PSA implementation and configuration.

• Strong knowledge in related Workday Financial domains and Time Tracking.

• Expertise in Workday Report Writing and Dashboard development.

• Experience collaborating with an Application Management Services provider.

• Ability to design solutions that meet business needs.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Team-oriented mindset with experience in a global team environment.

• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Experience in managing direct reports.
