This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee comprehensive Workday implementations and integrations, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to best practices, and alignment with organizational objectives.
• Act as a reliable Workday consultant for HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams—transforming requirements into scalable configurations, reports, and dashboards.
• Lead initiatives aimed at continuous improvement: enhance workflows, minimize manual processes, and utilize Workday’s self-service features to increase efficiency and user engagement.
• Build robust relationships across global teams—collaborating with executives, functional experts, IT partners, and third-party vendors to nurture a cooperative, solution-focused environment.
• Mentor and guide junior HRIS analysts: impart knowledge, develop training materials, and support career growth—fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
• Create comprehensive project plans, timelines, and communication strategies to achieve milestones.
• Manage risk and change controls, promptly escalating issues to stakeholders.
• Configure HCM modules including Core HCM, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, and Compensation.
• Evaluate current configurations; suggest and implement process enhancements.
• Facilitate design workshops, requirements sessions, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and present training materials, job aids, and knowledge-sharing opportunities.
• Monitor system performance; recommend enhancements to automate processes.
• Stay updated on Workday releases and industry trends; lead the adoption of new features.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Preferred: Workday certifications (Core HCM, Benefits, Integrations, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Advanced Compensation, or Talent).
• 5–8 years of practical Workday implementation and support experience in a consulting or in-house HRIS role.
• Proven ability to deliver end-to-end Workday projects on time and within budget.
• Strong complex problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management: capable of negotiating, influencing, and presenting at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; able to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences effectively.
• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Adaptable under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday security, reporting (Custom and Table), integrations (EIB, Core Connectors), and associated technologies.
