This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Assist attorneys and staff with high-volume tasks to ensure deadlines and client service expectations are achieved.
• Help implement processes, technologies, and tools that enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Contribute to the creation and maintenance of knowledge management resources, templates, and reference guides.
• Gather and organize data to support reporting on matter activity, staffing, and other client requirements.
• Acquire and utilize legal project management tools and other technology platforms to foster efficiencies.
• Provide onboarding support for new personnel involved in client projects.
• Collaborate with client teams and gain familiarity with legal concepts and terminology relevant to supported workstreams.
• Aid in defining project scope, deliverables, and timelines in partnership with program leadership.
• Monitor matter activity, budgets, and project progress under the supervision of project leads.
• Offer administrative and task management assistance to ensure accountability within client teams.
• Facilitate the implementation of process improvements and engage in attorney training and coaching sessions.
• Assist in the preparation of materials and reports to support performance tracking and client reporting.
• Coordinate updates to client-facing matter management sites and ensure data accuracy.
• GED or High School Diploma or 4+ years’ experience in legal services or other professional services industry OR Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ experience in legal services or other professional services industry required; Paralegal certificate preferred.
• Understanding of project management principles and/or process improvement methodologies.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments, focusing on solutions rather than obstacles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English, with the capability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels within a professional services organization.
• Experience collaborating in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required.
• Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies swiftly and apply them effectively.
