Customer Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hungary.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the entire process to monitor customer orders from the moment they are received until they are delivered to locations worldwide.

• Collaborate with sales and project teams on new opportunities, providing insights into proposed projects, orders, and fulfillment processes to align with customer needs within policy and budget constraints.

• Responsible for validating the order booking process and creating supplier pre-orders when necessary.

• Track all assigned orders daily, including staging requests, shipment follow-ups, communication with customers, internal teams, and escalations as required.

• Work closely with suppliers and the order fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery.

• Collaborate with shipping teams (export/import) to secure necessary licenses.

• Ensure timely reporting and maintain data integrity in the internal system.

⛳️ Requirements

• A University or College Degree, preferably in Logistics, or relevant work experience.

• Language proficiency: excellent English and native Hungarian; proficiency in any other language is a plus.

• Over 1 year of experience in Order Management or Customer Support.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• A keen interest in continuous improvement and quality methodologies.
