Workday Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Client Project Managers to oversee Workday implementations throughout various lifecycle stages, from project initiation to design and execution.

• Establish and actively manage key milestones, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities.

• Onboard project team members, oversee forecasts, monitor budgets, and manage project scope to mitigate scope creep.

• Cultivate strong, trusting relationships and act as the primary point of contact between clients, Strada executives, and project teams, as well as Workday when necessary.

• Lead and support the Strada project team(s) throughout the duration of the project.

• Identify project dependencies, foresee potential delays, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and RAID logs.

• Utilize Strada’s Workday deployment methodologies and tools, document lessons learned, recommend enhancements, and proactively tackle issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated project management abilities with a successful history of managing software implementation projects in Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, or comparable applications.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory), along with proficiency in one additional European language: German, French, Spanish, or Italian (preferred).

• Strong skills in stakeholder and team management.

• Commercial insight – understanding the key drivers and effectively managing project budgets and forecasts to optimize revenue and profitability.

• Strong problem-solving skills coupled with a solution-oriented mindset.

• Experience working within international and virtual teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

• If not already certified, you will receive support to obtain and maintain the Workday Project Manager certification.
