Workday Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the Client Project Managers to oversee Workday implementations through all lifecycle phases, from project planning to design and execution.

• Establish and actively manage essential milestones, deliverables, roles, and responsibilities.

• Onboard project resources, maintain forecasts, monitor budgets, and control project scope to avoid scope creep.

• Build strong and trustworthy relationships, acting as the primary liaison between clients, Strada executives, project teams, and Workday (when necessary).

• Direct and guide the Strada project team(s) throughout the project's duration.

• Identify project dependencies, foresee potential delays, and implement risk mitigation strategies.

• Create and maintain thorough project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and RAID logs.

• Utilize Strada Workday deployment methodologies and tools, document lessons learned, propose enhancements, and proactively tackle issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Robust project management abilities with a demonstrated history of overseeing software implementation projects within Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle, SAP, or comparable applications.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (mandatory), along with proficiency in an additional European language: German / French / Spanish / Italian (preferred).

• Strong stakeholder engagement and team management capabilities.

• Commercial insight – understanding the factors driving project budgets and forecasts to maximize revenue and profitability.

• Problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

• Experience working in international and virtual teams.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

• If not already certified, you will be supported in obtaining and maintaining the Workday Project Manager certification.
