Workday Prism Developer, Reports

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Configure, manage, and enhance the Workday Projects Module.

• Utilize worker profile data and skills profiles sourced from Workday HCM.

• Leverage dynamic resource pools and faceted search to automate resource allocation and optimize utilization.

• Plan and monitor projects and tasks through resource pools, work plans, and project hierarchies.

• Integrate with external project management systems such as Microsoft Project.

• Set up company-specific and work-related business process workflows.

• Align workforce and resources with strategic objectives.

• Collect requirements from Business, HR, IT, and other stakeholders.

• Act as a Workday authority across pertinent functional domains.

• Keep abreast of Workday Reports, Time Tracking Integrations, REST and SOAP APIs, and Workday Security.

• Assess and implement new Workday features following releases.

• Provide leadership and direction to the team.

• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders regarding security policies, user access, and compliance matters.

• Document and relay security configurations, modifications, and enhancements.

• Manage and track security-related tickets using ServiceNow.

• Resolve tickets efficiently while ensuring user satisfaction.

• Design, develop, integrate, deliver, and advance highly scalable distributed software.

• Refine features and user stories, estimate workload, identify technical risks and dependencies, and communicate with stakeholders.

• Propel the resolution of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and third-party component updates.

• Coach and mentor engineers in creating highly available, secure, distributed software.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of technical and professional experience.

• Proficient in one or more of Workday Prism Analytics, Workday Reporting, and Workday HCM.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.

• Master Certified Technical Specialist qualification can substitute for the degree.

• Preferred: Workday Pro Certification in Prism Analytics, Reports Developer, and other HCM modules.

• Familiarity with Workday Reports, Time Tracking Integrations, REST and SOAP APIs, and Workday Security.

• Capable of collaborating with HR, IT, business stakeholders, software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams.
