Workday Payroll Consultant – Healthcare/Nonprofit

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor for clients by guiding them through the implementation and optimization of payroll systems.

• Tailor payroll solutions to align with specified business requirements.

• Collaborate with data conversion teams to guarantee the accurate transfer of payroll data.

• Support the testing and validation processes of payroll configurations.

• Function as a payroll subject matter expert, providing advice on configuration and process-related decisions.

• Update stakeholders on project status and potential risks.

• Mentor junior consultants and engage in knowledge sharing.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Workday Payroll implementation, consulting, or systems configuration, with a strong emphasis on payroll solutions.

• Experience in supporting Healthcare or Nonprofit clients.

• Proven ability to gather and document business requirements and convert them into effective payroll configurations.

• Previous experience in a consulting or professional services setting.

• Possession of Workday Payroll certification.

• Strong functional understanding of payroll operations and system logic, including calculations, tax regulations, deductions, and reporting.
