Payroll Client Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Tasked with identifying and acquiring new clients for our Payroll/HCM services.

• Maintain records of existing and potential clients in line with company protocols, including call notes, scheduled interactions, contact details, and other pertinent client information using the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, currently Atlas.

• Responsible for meeting minimum production goals, which includes arranging initial appointments to secure a WIN.

• Continuously enhance understanding of our product/service offerings and stay informed about trends and developments within the financial technology sector.

• Participate in weekly team meetings and conduct weekly one-on-ones with leadership.

• Accountable for training and mentoring Senior Product Advisors (SPAs) under their supervision.

• Provide periodic status updates to the reporting PDM.

• Additional duties may be assigned as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Possess a valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance.

• Successfully complete a pre-employment background check.

• Must reside in the area relevant to the job posting location.

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience required.

• Exceptional skills in prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

• Motivated sales “hunter” with a strong incentive-driven mindset.

• Maintain a professional demeanor and uphold impeccable integrity.

• Exhibit a strong sense of urgency and possess an innate talent for sales.

• Enjoy cold-calling and engaging with people in face-to-face interactions.

• Accountable for delivering measurable, high-quality, and timely results.

• Willingness to be in the field 50% of the time.

• High school diploma/GED is required.

• Preferred: At least 6 years of relevant experience.

• Preferred: At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
