HR Payroll Time Analyst, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Payroll Time processes for designated pay groups within Workday.

• Evaluate time data to uncover trends, assess risks, and pinpoint opportunities for operational enhancements.

• Develop and sustain both recurring and ad hoc reports to assist business leaders, fulfill audit and compliance needs, and conduct workforce analysis.

• Provide support for complex inquiries from employees and managers through thorough analysis of time data and resolution of issues.

• Create and implement testing scenarios, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system upgrades, and new feature rollouts.

• Process and verify retroactive time transactions while ensuring adherence to company policies and legal standards.

• Oversee payroll time controls, detect process risks and control deficiencies, and execute corrective measures.

• Collaborate with Payroll and various cross-functional teams to address issues and enhance processes.

• Promote ongoing process improvement initiatives by utilizing data insights, automation, AI tools, and reporting capabilities.

• Manage project deliverables from inception to implementation, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and timely completion.

• Assist with the administration of the Workday Time module and contribute to efforts aimed at system optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or a comparable mix of education and experience.

• At least 5 years of experience in Payroll and/or Time-to-Pay functions.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with payroll time regulations specific to Germany.

• Proficiency in both English and German languages.

• In-depth understanding of payroll time systems, with a preference for Workday Time.

• Intermediate skills in Excel are required; experience with Power BI is preferred.
