This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with clients to implement Workday Payroll technology solutions within their increasingly complex business environments based on experience.
• Provide high-quality Workday solutions across various industries to fulfill clients' evolving business requirements based on experience.
• Define, construct, and execute HR processes and structures that align with clients' business goals and needs, enhancing their experience and the value derived from the Workday software based on experience.
• Engage actively in internal training updates and seize opportunities to share skills and insights with colleagues within the organization.
• Lead a team of consultants, guiding their Workday and professional development while managing escalations (Manager Level).
• Leverage Workday expertise to create sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
• Willingness to travel 25-45%.
• Workday US & Canadian Payroll Certification (Required).
• Over 1 year of experience implementing Workday Payroll configurations for clients of varying sizes and complexities (Required).
• More than 1 year of experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday Payroll solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Familiarity with payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Required).
• Proficiency in French (Preferred).
• A strong passion for delivering outstanding customer service and collaborating with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives concurrently.
• Capacity to interact and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues in a manner that fosters confidence and trust.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to consider alternative perspectives and meet customer expectations.
