Payroll Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• SOP Lifecycle Ownership: Take charge of the development and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures for your designated area. You will create intricate tax and payroll workflows in Notion, ensuring they are verified for precision with Legal and Compliance stakeholders.

• Content Alignment: Maintain the integrity of our knowledge base. You will perform quarterly audits of your assigned area to ensure that both Zendesk (external) and Notion (internal) content are fully aligned with current global labor laws.

• Information Design: Organize documentation for optimal discoverability. You will utilize Notion databases and advanced formatting techniques to make resources searchable and user-friendly, rather than presenting them as static "walls of text."

• Learning Pack Creation: Develop comprehensive "Learning Packs" for new initiatives. This will include a technical written guide, a 2-minute "how-to" video snippet, and a Docebo assessment for team certification.

• Async Module Development: Create engaging, interactive training modules using Rise by Articulate, transforming complex technical updates into easily digestible, self-paced learning experiences.

• Knowledge Application: Serve as a link between theory and practical application, ensuring the team grasps not only the "how" but also the underlying "why" behind payroll intricacies.

• Data-Driven Enablement: Actively analyze support ticket surges and internal friction points. You will assess whether the solution necessitates a new SOP, a video walkthrough, or an in-depth live training session.

• Cross-Functional Leadership: Oversee payroll projects from start to finish, serving as the enablement lead to guarantee that all documentation is comprehensive, localized, and prepared for launch.

• Dual-Threat Content Skills: You are a flexible creator who can seamlessly transition from crafting a highly technical, compliant SOP in Notion to designing an interactive, visually appealing module in Rise by Articulate.

• Analytical Problem Solving: You possess the ability to analyze operational data and pinpoint the "root cause" of knowledge gaps, crafting targeted content interventions to address them.

• Platform Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Notion (particularly in database management), Zendesk, and LMS tools (such as Docebo or Articulate) is crucial.

• Technical Writing Mastery: A proven history of simplifying complex regional tax codes or labor laws into clear, actionable, and easily scannable workflows.

• Detail & Compliance Orientation: A steadfast commitment to accuracy. In the realm of global payroll, you recognize that a single erroneous detail can have significant compliance ramifications.

• Linguistic Clarity: Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is essential to uphold our global documentation standards.
