This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Oversee the recruitment and interviewing processes to consistently expand the sales team(s).
• Manage the assigned region and ensure the team meets productive sales targets.
• Provide ongoing support to field employees to better understand their challenges and offer coaching when necessary.
• Maintain records of existing and prospective clients in line with company policies.
• Continuously enhance and expand knowledge of the current product and service offerings.
• Deliver status updates to the VP and/or SVP.
• Accountable for meeting minimum production targets.
• Facilitate weekly team meetings and one-on-one sessions with team members.
• Conduct monthly training sessions for the team.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
• Complete DMAP Training successfully.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to speak effectively in front of groups.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks at once to ensure consistent monthly sales performance.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to take initiative and achieve objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of how to effectively oversee the entire sales cycle.
• Strong knowledge of the industry along with practical insight into the sales process.
• Capacity to create innovative solutions to problems.
• Proactive thinker with a solid work ethic and a customer-focused, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to effectively navigate change.
• Capability to work independently while promoting the organizational culture.
• Willingness to spend at least 50% of the time in the field.
• Bachelor’s Degree or a combination of formal training and/or relevant work experience is preferred.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in outside sales and sales management is preferred.
