Workday Integrations Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Establishing and enhancing relationships with our extensive global customer base.

• Offering post Workday go-live assistance, managing support tickets, and resolving issues.

• Collaborating on new integration solutions under the guidance of a lead consultant.

• Participating in a large team of skilled integration consultants.

• Making a swift impact on customers by taking responsibility and showing initiative.

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday Integrations Certified, with at least 1 year of experience.

• Strong customer focus with the ability to evaluate customer needs, cultivate relationships, and manage expectations.

• Proficient technical knowledge in integration, capable of developing high-quality Workday integration solutions, including development, testing, and post go-live support.

• Skilled in resolving customer issues by recommending and justifying appropriate approaches while working within a team environment and adhering to internal processes.

• Strong consulting abilities, such as presenting, leading workshops, and explaining complex functionalities or solutions to clients.

• Excellent attention to detail, capability to prioritize tasks, work under tight deadlines, and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations.

• Ability to contribute to enhancements in tools and/or processes that benefit the practice.

• Proficient in XML, XPath, and XSLT, with knowledge of an object-oriented programming language (preferably J2EE).

• Solid understanding of cloud computing, web services, and the associated integration challenges.
