This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain intricate Workday integrations.
• Construct and enhance integrations utilizing Workday Studio and EIB.
• Create inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external applications.
• Collaborate with Workday Core Connectors, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs, and associated integration technologies.
• Evaluate business and technical requirements, translating them into effective integration solutions.
• Configure and oversee integration systems, ensuring data accuracy, security, and reliability.
• Develop transformation logic, mappings, validations, error handling, and integration workflows.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, and production validation.
• Monitor integration performance and troubleshoot failures, data issues, and production incidents.
• Work together with HR, payroll, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to address integration-related challenges.
• Assist in integration deployments, enhancements, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, mapping documents, and support procedures.
• Adhere to integration development standards, security practices, and change-management processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance integration performance, automation, scalability, and maintainability.
• Over 7 years of experience in Workday integration development or a similar role.
• Strong hands-on proficiency in Workday Studio and EIB.
• Experience in developing and supporting complex Workday integrations within enterprise environments.
• Solid understanding of Workday integration architecture, data flows, business processes, and security concepts.
• Familiarity with REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, APIs, web services, and data transformation.
• Knowledge of Workday Core Connectors and related integration tools.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities to efficiently identify and resolve integration failures.
• Experience throughout the complete integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and production support.
• Comprehensive understanding of integration testing, error handling, monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple integration projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
