Workday Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, test, and implement Workday integrations and tailored solutions.

• Collect and document integration requirements while designing solutions in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.

• Ensure that integrations adhere to Workday best practices and align with enterprise architecture standards.

• Maintain integrations and mappings within the Accounting Center.

• Review testing scenarios and engage in quality assurance and user acceptance testing.

• Document technical designs, system workflows, and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with engineering, security, QA, support, and additional stakeholders.

• Lead intricate integration implementations and guarantee system interoperability.

• Provide support for incident management and integration monitoring.

• Ensure the accuracy, integrity, security, privacy, and regulatory compliance of data and applications.

• Analyze, code, document, and resolve issues related to integration and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant technical discipline or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in interface architecture.

• Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes as well as utilizing ETL/ESB middleware.

• Ability to coordinate with third parties regarding data-related inquiries.

• Strong expertise in interfaces, networking, data warehousing, relational databases, and performance tuning.

• Familiarity with Web Services and APIs, including WSDL, SOAP, REST, and WS standards.

• Robust technical proficiency in XML and Java.

• Knowledge of Workday implementation tools such as EIB, Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, and Prism.

• Understanding of database architecture, tables, functional interactions, and the impacts on downstream systems.

• Proficient in Workday HCM, Finance, Technology, and OCM.

• Extensive skills in Workday Report Writing and Custom Reporting.

• Competent in designing, developing, and troubleshooting both inbound and outbound integrations.

• Familiarity with SQL/RDBMS and SharePoint.

• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Workday Integrations Certification is preferred.

• Knowledge of Enterprise Integration Middleware is preferred.

• Must maintain a secure and private home office along with a reliable private internet connection for telecommuting or hybrid work.
