Workday Integration Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect business and technical requirements, and document both current-state and target-state processes.

• Configure, develop, integrate, or manage the enterprise platform in accordance with authorized design standards.

• Oversee interfaces, data conversion, reporting, security, and process interdependencies.

• Plan and carry out unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Assist with deployments, user adoption, issue resolution, and ongoing process enhancement.

• Contribute to the development of reliable, maintainable solutions throughout the delivery lifecycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business users.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years in a relevant professional position.

• Hands-on experience with Workday Studio/EIB, Core Connectors, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP, transformations, and integration monitoring.

• Background in implementing, developing, managing, or supporting Workday or another enterprise platform.

• Solid understanding of pertinent business processes and core capabilities of the platform.

• Experience in gathering requirements, configuring or developing solutions, and documenting decisions.

• Familiarity with integrations, data flows, testing, and production support.

• Capability to collaborate with business users, technical teams, and external partners.

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
