Workday HCM Systems Analyst – Temporary

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Provide both functional and technical assistance for Compassion International’s Workday HCM platform.

• Offer support that includes user administration, application assistance, reporting, release management, and user training.

• Develop, uphold, and adhere to best practices and procedures to enhance data accuracy, process efficiency, and operational effectiveness within People & Culture systems and workflows.

• Manage projects and tasks independently while collaborating on complex or international initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four years of relevant experience in HR Systems.

• Extensive and comprehensive experience in Workday HCM configuration and administration.

• Experience with Agile methodology is advantageous.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Capability to work remotely.
