AI Operations Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Create and manage a streamlined, innovative, AI-driven target state for business systems throughout the organization.

• Develop and implement automations that alleviate workload from IT and other business areas.

• Oversee the complete SaaS and IT vendor portfolio.

• Design and manage the integration of IT environments across Harrison.ai, our subsidiaries, and prospective entities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in enterprise IT roles with a strong emphasis on systems design, SaaS vendor management, cost optimization, and automation using AI tools.

• Proven track record of being AI-focused.

• Proficient with the contemporary enterprise IT stack.

• Experience in healthtech or other regulated industries.

• High level of initiative and comfort in a hands-on operational role.

• Strong commercial awareness regarding vendor and SaaS expenditures.

• Robust instincts in systems engineering.

• Preferred skills and attributes: proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Python, PowerShell, or similar).
