• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline. Equivalent practical experience or a compelling portfolio of self-initiated tech projects is also welcomed.
• Basic understanding of databases, spreadsheets, automation tools, and foundational programming concepts (e.g., SQL, Python, JavaScript), acquired through coursework, internships, projects, or self-directed learning.
• Proven track record of self-directed learning—whether through online courses, developing side projects, or exploring new software utilities.

• Make a lasting impact.
• Engage in professional and personal growth.
• Experience a vibrant culture.
