Workday HCM & Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Assist or take the lead on the HCM/Security work stream, guiding decision-making and suggesting best practices for Workday functionality.

• Determine strategies, assess risks, and present options, while proposing approaches and mitigations to fulfill client and functional needs.

• Oversee, mentor, advise, and evaluate the performance of project team members (based on project structure).

• Provide clients with insights on industry standards and best practices.

• Showcase design alternatives through prototyping techniques.

• Configure and conduct testing of the Workday system.

• Grasp and implement Workday and Accenture methodologies.

• Exhibit strong collaboration with clients and stakeholders to meet project goals.

• Foster innovation by developing new industry-leading methods and assets.
