Workday HCM Consultant – Time & Absence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Configure and provide support for the Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.

• Collect, analyze, and document business requirements pertaining to time, attendance, leave, and absence policies.

• Design and set up work schedules, time entry rules, eligibility criteria, and absence plans.

• Facilitate end-to-end testing, including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.

• Diagnose and resolve functional issues related to time and absence processing.

• Collaborate with payroll, Human Capital Management (HCM), and technical teams to ensure accurate data flow and integration.

• Assist in the implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects of Workday.

• Maintain functional documentation, including configuration guides and process workflows.

• Support production issues, audits, and compliance requirements.

• Deliver end-user training and support during deployments and system modifications.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, specifically focusing on Time Tracking and Absence Management.

• Practical experience in configuring Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules.

• In-depth understanding of work schedules, time calculations, and absence plans.

• Experience in Workday implementation, support, or enhancement projects.

• Knowledge of Workday business processes, security, reporting, and integrations.

• Familiarity with the integration effects between Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and Core HCM.

• Availability to start immediately, if feasible.
