• Collaborate directly with clients to integrate Workday Human Capital Management technology solutions into their business environments, which vary in complexity based on experience.
• Deliver top-notch Workday solutions across diverse industries to fulfill clients' evolving business requirements, taking into account increasing complexity levels based on experience.
• Define, construct, and implement HR processes and frameworks that align with the client's business goals and needs, thereby enhancing the client experience and the value derived from the Workday software while managing increasing complexity levels based on experience.
• Actively engage in internal training updates and seize opportunities to share skills and knowledge with colleagues within the organization.
• Oversee a team of consultants, guiding their Workday and professional development while addressing escalations (Manager Level).
• Leverage Workday expertise to create sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
• Workday HCM Certification (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience implementing Workday HCM configurations for a range of clients with varying complexity levels (Required).
• At least 1 year of experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday HCM solutions tailored to customer specifications (Required).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (Required).
• Proficiency in French (Preferred).
• Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering customer collaboration.
• Capability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Aptitude for effective interaction and collaboration with clients and coworkers in a manner that builds confidence and trust.
