Workday HCM Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure enterprise-level Workday solutions for our global clientele.

• Collaborate with team members while managing your own workload autonomously.

• Comprehend customer requirements and design solutions that meet their expectations.

• Mentor junior team members and share your expertise with them.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of Workday products, including HCM and any specialized capabilities.

• Proficient in both German and English.

• Excellent customer orientation, with experience in a customer-facing consulting environment.

• Effective communicator, capable of engaging with customers and colleagues credibly and empathetically, even in a remote setting.

• Good commercial insight and a solid grasp of project and business dynamics.

• Able to work within (remote) teams and alongside customers, as well as independently on tasks without supervision.

• Proficient in planning your workload and meeting deadlines.

• Some consulting skills, such as presenting, participating in workshops, and explaining functionalities or solutions to customers.

• Able to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your work, ensuring high quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.

• Aware of the significance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and agreements, ensuring information security at all times.

• Understanding of the company strategy and how to contribute to it.

• Capable of proposing improvements in tools and processes to enhance the practice.

• Eager to gain in-depth knowledge of relevant subject matter, such as international regulatory requirements.

• Willing to rotate through various Workday delivery services, particularly Consulting and Application Management Services.

• Willing, if necessary, to travel to customer sites within the same region (minimal out-of-region travel may also be required).
